Returns & Refunds – Vintage.us

At Vintage.us, every piece is designed to be more than clothing — it’s a part of your identity.
But if your order isn’t exactly what you hoped for, we’ve made our return and refund process clear, simple, and fair.

Return Eligibility

  • Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Items not meeting these requirements may not qualify for a return.

Sale & Discounted Items

  • Discounted items may be returned if they meet the above standards.

  • ❗ Exclusions: Final Sale items, bundle deals, clearance/archive pieces, and personalized/custom products are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Refunds apply to product costs only — shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the error is on us (wrong item, damaged, defective), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If you’ve simply changed your mind, return shipping will be your responsibility.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.

Missing or Delayed Orders

  • Check your tracking link first — your order may still be in transit.

  • If tracking shows no progress for 10+ business days, contact us for immediate support.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Final Sale or clearance items
